My Black Thumb is GREEN!!! :)

Our little garden is growing pretty well! We lost a few plants to a frost about a month ago and a couple plants were trampled by the dog. But, it's a major progress for my black thumb.

We planted two rows of green beans from seeds, so 14 plants total, and still have about ten of them! They are growing nicely and are about to bloom.

The cabbage was planted from small plants that were about two inches high and are doing GREAT! We didn't lose a single one, and they are
large and lush and healthy!

Ok, so the good news is that I grew this monster of a zuccini plant from a seed. It's about two feet tall and nearly three feet in diamater. However, the bad news is that I planted nine of them, and this is the only one that made it.

Daddy has given me lots of crap for picking this little tomato, but I couldn't resist. It is the first thing I have actually ever produced! Very exciting! There are dozens more of these baby tomatoes now, so we'll have some fresh tomatoes very soon!
